    For some reason, when I click those yellow stars they aren't staying yellow. It's SUPPOSED to be 5 STARS, so if it's not showing up as 5 stars, it's the website's fault not mine, not yours, and DEFINITELY not Dina's! She was amazing. My house looks gorgeous and sparkly. She took so much care with every single part of my house. I couldn't be happier. And she came on such short notice. I really needed help and you all really pulled through for me. Thank you so much.

    There was no deep cleaning. The crew came late and work only 3 hours 30 minutes (from 3:30 pm to 7:00 pm. Their vacuum was broken so only half of the carpet of my house had been cleaned properly. I had to redo the counter and the knob of the oven as well as the microwave. They told me they are paid by hour and asked me to show them what I needed first. I do not agree to pay for one hour deep cleaning. Thanks,

    I had left a few items in the home that I was planning on picking up when I dropped my keys off and did my walk through, but they were gone. A vaccume, water filter, and bar stool; all items that were in good condition and will now need to be replaced. A simple phone call would have made a world of difference and made me a weekly customer in my new home.

    The cleaners were perfectly fine and the work they did was adequate. Administration has some serious issues. I booked a move out cleaning which was quote for me at a flat rate of $300 and estimated to take 5 hours beginning at noon. At 12:10 I called the company because the cleaners had not arrived and I had not received a call ahead. They confirmed that the cleaners would be there shortly (they had car issues). I met the cleaners at the home and then left. They called me 2 HOURS later to say they were complete. I went back to the home and everything appeared clean - except the baseboards which I had been told were included in the extra charge for the move-out. Here's where it gets terrible: I was also told by the cleaner that her office had called her and were only going to pay her half the agreed upon rate because she was late. She had been told that the I had called and complained and requested a 50% refund - which was not true at all. So at this point, I've paid half price and the cleaner has been shorted 50% of her standard pay. When I called the company about this to clarify - they told me they would "look in to it" and call me back. Its been two days and I haven't heard back.

    I couldn't even tell that they were actually there. Really poor job, rags left around that I needed to pick up and throw out and in all honesty, it was probably worse than before they came (if they even did anything, I wasn't there). I'm not one to complain for my money back and I'll chalk it up as a waste of money and just won't use you again. I was taken here and the loss is more for your company as I moved to a large residence and was looking for a company to do bi-weekly cleaning, but based on this I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Any chance you have more questions about our home cleaning services?

Here are a few questions many of our clients ask that you may be wondering about yourself:

  • If I need to cancel, will I be charged? As long as you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, there is absolutely no fee.
  • I have allergies and need a pure green cleaning, can you accommodate me? Yes we can! Our teams come with all necessary home cleaning supplies including a full green kit.
  • Do I need to tip the cleaners after or before the service is completed? If you feel the job was extraordinary and you feel inclined to, you may. That said, it is not expected of you!
  • Do I need to be home for the cleaning? No. Typically one of two things happens - either the client needs to leave during the cleaning, or is never there to begin with. These situations are extremely common and we deal with them many times a day. Simply leave instructions behind with our office or with the cleaning team, and we will lock up when we're through. (Please keep in mind that we can not currently hold keys at our Las Vegas office.)
  • Can I pay with cash? We made the decision to only accept debit and credit cards as it is a much more thorough way to keep track of transactions for both parties. As a result, we no longer accept cash.
